Free Trial

Nano Tracker offers a 15-day free trial with full functionality. We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate the software before purchasing.

14-Day Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No reason is required.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@nanotracker.pro with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The order number (found in your receipt)

The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the same payment method used.

After 14 Days

Refunds after 14 days from the purchase date are not guaranteed, but may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

License Deactivation

In case of a refund, the license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use Nano Tracker in trial mode until the 15-day trial expires.
