By using Nano Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. Service Description

Nano Tracker is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that allows you to catalog and search files on external drives. The software is distributed via a downloadable installer from the nanotracker.pro website.

3. License

Purchasing Nano Tracker grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

• Solo — use on 1 computer
• Studio — use on up to 5 computers

The license includes minor updates for the purchased version. Major updates may require a new purchase.

4. Free Trial

Nano Tracker offers a 15-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the software.

5. Privacy and Data

Nano Tracker does not collect personal data. All indexed data (file and folder names) remains on the user's computer or their network storage. The only data collected is the email address provided for the download, used exclusively for product-related communications.

6. Restrictions

You may not: redistribute, resell, decompile, or modify the software. You may not share your license key with third parties beyond the scope of your purchased license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sixpeaks Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
